I feel like the leasing staff, David, GiGi, and Dexi really go out of their way to make you feel like family. I was looking for a peaceful, wholesome community for me and my children and definitely got that from here. We really enjoy going to the gated park area to meet other kiddos and have a safe space to play across from the community garden :)

I had a tour with Gigi & assistance from David. The tour was everything! I am super picky about the communities I tour. It's not the most luxurious, but I’d rather have a great community over a pricey apartment with terrible staff. Speaking of prices, SUPER AFFORDABLE FOR WHAT YOU’RE GETTING! I’ve had a ROUGH 5 years and their welcomeness really set the tone for me to apply here. Gigi, you don't talk too much - I loved the details! Great job all around! - Kayla

Omgg David,Selena,Dexi I want to thank you all so much for making my move in so special, I could brag all day about this staff , my for ever home is absolutely beautiful and the unit was exactly how they told me it would be , washer and dryer on the 3 floor what more could you ask for . If you need a forever home come here , fyi it’s EAST NOT WEST is so unprofessional a very rude. East will have you feeling welcomed for sure💕

Amazing thank you so much Dexy, Selena, David! The moving process was smooth, and effortless, answered any questions that I had I went to Villas on Rosemeade west and the lady with glasses had a horrible attitude. Can’t wait to move in next week! 🙏🩷thanks guys
